Not Your Ordinary Feast
Looking for extra adventure? Hoping to explore God’s creation in nature? Wanting more time studying God’s word? Or perhaps wishing there was more time to spend in fellowship with other brethren? With a variety of activities ranging from the adventurous to serene, a series of workshops on Leadership in Our Modern World and a focus on “Feasting” together in unity, we hope to offer something a little outside of the box. This will also be a scent-free feast site to accommodate those with allergies to perfumes, fragrances and scented products.

Location
Rustic Charm in the Heart of Nature
The Tigh-Na-Mara Seaside Spa Resort & Conference Centre offers an oceanfront location set in 22 acres of tranquil Arbutus & Douglas Fir forest with sweeping views of the Strait of Georgia and coastal mountains. Accommodations
Two cul-de-sacs with modern log cottages have been reserved just for Feast attendees. Each authentic log cottage is located in a forest setting with a wood-burning fireplace, a double futon in the living room, a picnic table and patio outside. Two-bedroom, One bedroom and Studio cottages are available.
2 Bedroom: $169/night (max 6 people)
1 Queen-size bed in master bedroom. Queen-size bed or 2 twins in second bedroom. Full bathroom. Kitchen, dishwasher and dining area, living room with double futon couch.
1 Bedroom: $149/night (max 4 people)
1 Queen-size bed in the bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen and dining area, living room with double futon couch.
Studio: $139/night (max 4 people)
1 King-size bed, double futon couch, bar size refrigerator and coffee maker. These units may be reserved along with a 1 Bedroom cottage to form a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom unit.
Cottage Sharing can also be arranged for singles or married couples wanting to share a 2-bedroom cottage with another single/married couple. Please inquire for more information.

About Parksville
The Parksville-Qualicum Beach area enjoys the mildest year-round climate in Canada. Scent Free Site
The research is definitive!
Toxic petro-chemical scents are the new “tobacco” and every bit as harmful to everyone as second-hand smoke. The Churches of God have had “tobacco-free” policies for decades.
We can demonstrate godly love and concern for those who are “scent-sensitive” if we take action now, and consider the welfare of the brethren who will be worshipping with us. Many people are suffering from asthma and other lung, and sinus issues due to the toxic scents that are part of every day life.
Feast-goers at this Feast site must leave their scented products at home.
AND, begin IN ADVANCE to eliminate all artificially scented products from their daily routines (personal hygiene, laundry detergent, dryer sheets etc.) so there is no “third-hand scent” on clothes that would pollute the indoor air. For more information see our Healthy Living Blog
